At CMargs, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Opened or used items do not qualify for a return.
  • Personal care, hygiene products, and customized orders are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds
